Davidsons Homes is the proud recipient of a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award (QRA), part of their prestigious Excellence Awards programme, which has been awarded for outstanding quality throughout at The Burrows, New Lubbesthorpe development.

The Quality Recognition Awards are an initiative by Premier Guarantee which looks to recognise, celebrate and commend consistent quality in construction each month.

Focusing on the standards of site management and workmanship – as well as considering health and safety, site tidiness and cooperation – the QRA has recognised the hard work, dedication and outstanding workmanship that has gone into The Burrows, New Lubbesthorpe so far.
