How the Davidsons part-exchange scheme works

If you don’t have a buyer for your existing property, don’t worry – we could buy it. Two local estate agents will provide an open-market valuation, and if we’re both happy with the valuation, then that’s what we’ll pay you for your old home.

There needs to be a 30% difference between your home’s value and the price of ours. Plus, we can only proceed if there’s a satisfactory home-buyers’ survey on your property. However, if that’s all fine, then you’ve sold – with zero cost!

We’ll list your home with a local agent who will sell it on our behalf. Meanwhile, you can relax knowing your perfect Davidsons home is secure, even if the one you’re moving out of is still on the market.
