The NHQC for Home Builders
- The New Homes Quality board launched in 2022 to improve protection for our customers. As a registered developer we agree to comply with the New Homes Quality Code and the New Home Ombudsmen Service. The Code benefits both home builders and buyers by aiming to improve levels of customer satisfaction and ensures developers provide clear and accurate information during the sales process, offer fair reservation agreements with a cooling-off period, and deliver homes that are fully complete. It also guarantees that customers have access to a robust aftercare service and complaints process, with the option to escalate issues to the independent New Homes Ombudsman Service if needed.
