Unlike any other builder, we employ dedicated Home Inspection Managers whose sole job is to ‘be a buyer’. They will be hands-on to check and resolve any issues in your home throughout the build, putting themselves in your shoes. This even means getting into your new bath tub to check the paint finish you will see when you take a relaxing soak! So, when your home is handed to you on completion day, it will have gone through 34 dedicated checks by not just our teams, but an independent new home warranty and insurance provider too.
