First visitors welcomed to explore new Morton showhome

The doors to a brand-new showhome in Morton were opened to visitors for the first time last Saturday (October 1st).

Morton Parish Councillor Patrick O’Connell was among those who were invited to be the first to explore the five-bedroom house at Davidsons Homes’ Padley Wood View development.

Visitors were treated to a doughnut wall, sweet cart and prosecco to celebrate the grand launch of the Newstead showhome, an impressive L-shaped property.

Stephanie King, Sales Director for Davidsons Homes East, said: “We pride ourselves on the design of our homes, both inside and outside, but we really feel we’ve outdone ourselves with the Newstead at Morton.

“The centrepiece of the home is undoubtedly the tree covered with twinkling fairy lights, making the most of the void which stretches from the dining area right to the full height of the house.

“Upstairs, our interior designer has used a bold Art Deco theme in the first bedroom, with a 1920s style chandelier and plush grey and deep gold accents.

“Our first visitors all gave us glowing feedback on the Newstead, which was fantastic to receive. We’re looking forward to welcoming many more people over the coming weeks, both to explore the showhome and to talk about finding their ideal new home for them, here at Padley Wood View.”
