Davidsons to build first new homes in third phase of Priors Hall Park
Urban&Civic is delighted to welcome Davidsons as the first homebuilder to Zone 3 of the Priors Hall Park development in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Davidsons at Priors Hall Park will deliver 197 new homes at the gateway to the new phase of the development.
The launch of Zone 3 is an important milestone for the growing community at Priors Hall Park, which is already home to nearly 1,600 families. Led by master developer Urban&Civic, the development has a host of amenities, including Priors Hall Park Primary School, Corby Business Academy, a new district centre with eleven local shops and services, eight children’s play areas, an impressive amphitheatre and gulley wildlife site.
When complete, the development will comprise 5,300 homes as well as an additional two primary schools and a host of other facilities.
Nigel Wakefield, Development Director for Urban&Civic, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Davidsons Homes as our first housebuilder on Zone 3 at Priors Hall Park. Our development is already the destination of choice for new homes in Corby and Davidsons’ high-quality homes will help our fantastic new community continue to grow.”
Simon Tyler, Sales Director for Davidsons Homes South, said: “It’s a very exciting time for Davidsons Homes, as our plans to build new homes in Priors Hall Park are beginning to come to fruition.
“Although we are still in the early stages, we do know that this site will create an unparalleled opportunity for local people to become part of a thriving new community.
“Corby is an up-and-coming, well-connected town with great links to major cities all over the Midlands and London, so we expect the site to be popular with commuters and families. Beautiful countryside is also nearby, and of course the site also contains huge areas of pretty green open space too, rich with wildlife and plants – perfect for dog walkers and those who like a taste of rural life.”
