Influencers invited to exclusive launch at Grange View

We were delighted to welcome some special visitors to take the first look around our new showhomes at Grange View in Lower Bardon last week.

Home and lifestyle influencers from across the Midlands were the first to explore our four-bedroom Darlington and five-bedroom Newstead showhomes, which are now open on Phase 2 of the development.

As part of the event, the guests were treated to a goodie bag and canapés, and were the first to see the beautifully-designed interiors – with highlights like the Peaky Blinders themed bar on the top floor of the Newstead!

They have first-hand experience of transforming our houses into their own homes, and so to get their positive feedback on the interior design direction and the showhome layouts was brilliant.

“It was also great to see the friendly community we have established among our homeowners on Instagram transition into real life, with many of our guests only having chatted before via Instagram!
