#DavidsonsJubilee Instagram Competition Ts and Cs
ENTRY
Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
Employees of Davidsons and any associated group companies and their immediate families are ineligible to win.
Entrants agree that by entering, they are happy to have their name and entry shared across Davidsons’ social platforms and website and within marketing and publicity material.
The closing time for entries is Friday 10th June 2022, 11.59pm GMT. Any entries received after this time will be disregarded.
No third party, automated or machine assisted entries will be accepted.
METHODS OF ENTRY
Entry is through Instagram.
Entry criteria is as follows. Entrants must:
- Share a photo post on Instagram of your Jubilee street party or Jubilee street/house decor on your Davidsons estate using the hashtag #DavidsonsJubilee
- Follow the Davidsons Homes Instagram page
- Tag @Davidsons_Homes in the post
ENTRIES
Any entries which do not comply with the competition rules, are incomprehensible or not received by Davidsons by the deadline will not be counted.
The winner must claim their prize within 3 weeks of the winner being announced or another winner will be selected. All entries will be judged individually by Davidsons Homes, which will select the photograph deemed to be the best.
In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of any entries, or the operation of any part of the competition the decision of Davidsons shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZES
The winner will receive a hamper from Fortnum & Mason worth over £150.
The winner will be notified on the date the winning entry is selected (Monday 13th June 2022) and will be given 3 weeks from that date to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and another winner may be selected.
The winner will need to provide their name, email address and/or postal address.
Davidsons accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash, voucher or product equivalent.
STANDARD TERMS
Davidsons reserves the right to withdraw or amend any competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Entrants must comply with any directions given to them by Davidsons including in relation to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
In the event that any entrant does not, or is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Competition Information, Davidsons shall be entitled to disqualify such entrant, without any further liability to such entrant.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
DATA & PRIVACY TERMS
As part of this competition, you will be sending us your photos and caption via social media through your social network (Instagram). Please note that we may use these on our social media feeds in the format you present to us and will use them on any occasion that we want to promote the competition on the Davidsons’ social media channels and website.
If we wish to use your photo or caption in any other third party promotional material we will ask for your prior consent.
As part of this competition, we will only ask for your personal data, such as name and email/postal address if you are selected as a winner. You will be contacted by Davidsons Homes.
We will not store your data or use it for any other purpose than advised in these terms & conditions.
