New sales manager forges record breaking first week
Karen Crick, the newest sales manager at Davidson’ Queniborough development, has made waves since joining the team with a record-breaking first week. Having moved to the site in March, the 57-year-old was able to unite six customers with their dream homes, all within her first seven days at the Barley Fields Development.
Karen, from Desborough, Northampton, joined the Leicestershire housebuilder in 2015 following 10 years of service within the housing industry. She initially started out her Davidsons career at the East Leake development, before carrying out stints at the company’s Brackley and Banbury sites, until she found herself heading up the Church Fields development in Weddington. Here she accumulated over 105 sales over two years, before moving onto Queniborough where she is already making her mark. It is through this extensive experience that Karen nurtured her talents for sales and understanding the needs of the customer. As a result, she has since secured a further five sales, taking her total number to eleven; all within her first month at the development.
Commenting on this, Karen said: “I’m really pleased to have joined Davidsons’ Queniborough site and made a great impression so quickly. I’ve worked for the company for 3 years and I truly enjoy the experience of finding the perfect home for each one of our customers.
“I’ve been working within the industry for over 13 years now and I’ll never tire of the feeling of satisfaction I get from helping customers find their dream homes. I’ve always maintained that the key is taking a positive approach and trying to see things from the customer’s point of view. I also always do my best to treat my customers how I’d want to be treated if it were me buying a house, and so far, it’s proven successful. I look forward to being a part of more customers’ home buying experience in the future.”
