Homebuilder kicks off to mark sponsorship

Leicestershire homebuilder Davidsons has recently sponsored local football club Anstey Nomads and the club has re-named their ground ‘Davidsons Homes Park’.

Davidsons put together a team to play a Nomads Veterans side in a game to mark the sponsorship. The homebuilder was keen to forge local links after it opened its first Anstey development a few months ago.

Anstey Nomads Vice Chairman, Ian Grogan, said “We are grateful to Davidsons for the sponsorship which has helped with kit and equipment. Teams in the East Midlands Counties League, which we are in, play to a good standard, so we appreciate all help to enable us to put on a good show”.

Jason Glover, Operations Director of Davidsons Homes, said “We always like to work with the local community wherever we build and we are delighted to be helping the club. We thought it would be fun to celebrate with a game and everyone enjoyed the evening”.

Davidsons development is called ‘St James Gate’ and is on Groby Road in Anstey, and there are two showhomes. Currently there is a range of 4 and 5 bedroom available with prices from £270,000 to £467,000.

Kitchens in all homes are fitted with a range of appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave – and stylish Roca sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites. There are also lots of ways to personalise your home, depending on the stage of building, by choosing different colours, doors, handles, paint throughout, and lots of other details – many at no extra cost.
