Part exchange your current home with us!
If you don’t have a buyer for your existing property, don’t worry – we could buy it. Two local estate agents will provide an open-market valuation, and if we’re both happy with the valuation, then that’s what we’ll pay you for your old home.
There needs to be a 30% difference between your home’s value and the price of ours. Plus, we can only proceed if there’s a satisfactory home-buyers’ survey on your property. However, if that’s all fine, then you’ve sold – with zero cost!
We’ll list your home with a local agent who will sell it on our behalf. Meanwhile, you can relax knowing your perfect new Davidsons home is secure, even if the one you’re moving out of is still on the market.

Moving down? Not a problem! Our assisted sale scheme can help
Not every home-buyer wants to move up.
Maybe you’ve decided you don’t need quite as much space now the children have moved out. Or the huge garden has turned into a chore.

Although taking part in our Part Exchange scheme means there has to be at least a 30% difference between our property’s price and the value of yours – if there isn’t, we’ll still help. The Davidsons ‘Assisted Sale’ scheme steps in where the Part Exchange can’t.
Two local agents will provide an honest and fair valuation for your property. If you’re happy with their valuation, they’ll list it for sale – and we’ll put your name on your new Davidsons home.
If your home sells within four weeks, the Agency fees are ours, and your Davidsons Home is yours!
