We are excited to be building a collection of brand new houses for sale in Fleckney, designed in elegant Georgian and Victorian styles. A quiet village in the East Midlands, Fleckney is known for its strong community spirit. This is supported by the Fleckney Village Hall, where musical and theatre events, and coffee mornings bring residents together. The Village Hall is right next to the Fleckney Library, which also acts as a friendly community hub that hosts local groups and activities.   

Fleckney is a great place for families with children, with a well-regarded school at Fleckney CE and a Harborough district scout group that meets regularly on Freer Road. There’s also a children’s play area beside the Recreation Ground, and plenty of after-school activities nearby, including a local dance studio and sports coaching.  

The village has good transport links. Our Fleckney new builds are located near Leicester, connected to the city by a 30-minute drive down Leicester Road. The nearest train station is a 20-minute drive away in Market Harborough, with services to London, Nottingham, and Leicester. Buses to Market Harborough regularly pass through Fleckney along High Street and Saddington Road.
