Responsibilities: |
• Contact customers to ensure their issues are addressed quickly and professionally. • Provide administrative support to the Aftersales Team which will include managing queries. • Data input onto the Coins system. • Compile and update customer records. • Manage the Customer Service Booking Inbox and track any queries to achieve a successful resolution. • Update the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged. • Communicate with the Site teams and Sub-contractors to ensure works are co-ordinated.This list is not exhaustive

Experience:
Benefits: |
• Previous work with customers would be beneficial. • Able to multitask and effectively prioritise. • IT proficient with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Experience using Coins would be an advantage but not essential. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Team Player • 25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays • Bonus Scheme This list is not exhaustive
