Position: | Full time, Fixed Term Contract (4 Months)

Responsibilities: |
• Manage Technicians Diaries and Contact customers to arrange Technicians visits • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Team which will include managing queries. • Data input onto the Vision system. • Compile and update customer records. • Manage the Post Occupation Booking Inbox and track any queries to achieve a successful resolution. • Update the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged. • Communicate with the Site teams and Sub-contractors to ensure works are co-ordinated. Experience:
|
• Previous work in a customer service position would be beneficial. • Able to multitask and effectively prioritise. • IT proficient with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel. • Experience using Coins would be an advantage but not essential. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • Team Player • Excellent phone manner |
