Description: This role would suit an individual who thrives on working in a challenging but rewarding environment.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service to the organisations current clientele, ensuring all appointments are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results.

 

Responsible to:

 

Head of Customer Services
Location: Ibstock, Leicestershire

 

Position: Full time, Fixed Term Contract (4 Months)

 

Responsibilities:               

• Manage Technicians Diaries and Contact customers to arrange Technicians visits
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Team which will include managing queries.
• Data input onto the Vision system.
• Compile and update customer records.
• Manage the Post Occupation Booking Inbox and track any queries to achieve a successful resolution.
• Update the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged.
• Communicate with the Site teams and Sub-contractors to ensure works are co-ordinated. This list is not exhaustive

 

Experience:

 

 

 

• Previous work in a customer service position would be beneficial.
• Able to multitask and effectively prioritise.
• IT proficient with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using Coins would be an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Team Player
• Excellent phone manner
