Responsibilities: |
• Setting Up DDL Files: Create and manage DDL files for joinery and wardrobes to ensure accurate and efficient data handling. • Annual Leave Input: Process and manage annual leave requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. • Covering Office Phone: Handle incoming calls professionally, providing information, directing calls, and taking messages as needed. • Pricing Matrix Maintenance: Keep the pricing matrix up to date, ensuring all pricing information is accurate and reflects current market conditions. • Training Matrix Maintenance: Keep the office and workshop training records up to date. Book new training when required, and ensure the report is kept up to date regularly. • Booking Maintenance: Schedule and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. To include: liaising with customers and workshop supervisor. • Client’s Payment: Requesting payments from retail clients in line with our terms and conditions policy. Inclusive to generating receipts, keeping a record of monies received, and ensuring payments are received on time. • General administration for the office, show room, and workshop. |
Experience:
