Role: Sales Manager

 

Description: We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join our East Midlands team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our new build homes whilst ensuring company standard procedures are followed.

 

Responsible to:

 

Area Sales Manager
Location: East Midlands

 

Position: Full time, Permanent

 

Responsibilities:               

• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of our homes including the Davidsons Difference and its construction.

• Selling the Davidsons difference, the brand and the family heritage of the business.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of relevant local information including schools, transport links etc.

• Effective lead follow up skills to convert enquiries to site visits.

• Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.

• Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers in an efficient, courteous manner such as to ultimately effect a sale.

Experience: • Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Able to multitask and effectively prioritise.

• Experience using coins would be beneficial but not essential.

• IT proficient with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
