First residents move in at Sanders Fields

A new community has started to form as the first residents move into a housing development in Rushden.

Davidsons Homes is building 80 properties at Sanders Fields, off Northampton Road, which features a range of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, including a selection of bungalows.

Of the 80 homes being built, six have now been occupied by residents, while a further 50 have been reserved.

A selection of three-bedroom houses are currently available to purchase at Sanders Fields, with prices starting from £324,995.

Construction first began at Sanders Fields in October 2020, and work continues to progress well on the site.
