Davidsons Homes at Houlton receives top rating on reviewing platform HomeViews
Davidsons Homes is celebrating after its site in Houlton was ranked as the top housing development in the country on reviewing platform HomeViews.
Davidsons at Houlton, located on the former Rugby Radio Station site, received an average rating of 4.34 stars from residents who posted reviews on the website between February 2019 and June 2021.
The score was the highest average rating achieved in the Build to sell housing development category, with 93 per cent of reviewers rating the site as either ‘Excellent’ (5 stars) or ‘Very Good’ (4 stars).
HomeViews, dubbed the TripAdvisor for property, is a platform which invites tenants and homeowners to write honest reviews about residential developments.
A site’s overall score is calculated via reviewers’ average ratings of various categories including facilities, design, location, value and management.
The table of top 10 developments, which was compiled for HomeViews’ Houses v Apartments report published in July, is made up of sites which have received at least 20 verified reviews and consist mainly of houses.
Since beginning work in 2016, Davidsons Homes has built more than 200 houses across three developments in Houlton – comprising Dollman Meadow, Houlton View and Davidsons at Houlton.
