First to reserve at new housing development in Sinfin couldn’t be happier

A chance drive-by of a new homes development in Sinfin got one young couple thinking – and it wasn’t long before they had visited the sales centre and set their sights on a new, larger home.
Once Alex Amin and Sophia Sudar had visited Davidsons Homes’ Mulberry Place development the couple both knew instantly that this was where they wanted to live.

Having moved from a two-bedroom new-build property in Burton on Trent to a three-bedroom, detached Alford property at the development at the end of August, they are delighted with the space that their new home has given them.

Alex (27), an operations manager for a waste company, said: “I used to live in the area and still have family here so when we happened to drive by and notice the site one day, it didn’t take us long to come and have a proper look.

“We’d already looked at a number of different locations and developments, but we really liked Mulberry Place and the design of the properties. The links to the A50 and M1 are very convenient for my commute to work in Leicester – and it’s great to be near family.

“Our new home is much bigger than our previous house and a much better layout for us, so we feel very lucky. We just didn’t want to miss out on a home here, so much so that we happened to be the first to reserve a property!”

Alex and Sophia (27), a waitress, aren’t new to the homebuying process having done it before, but couldn’t speak highly enough of the help that they had along the way from Davidsons Homes.

Alex said: “The whole process was really good and went very smoothly. We found the sales manager ZsaZsa amazing to deal with and Davidsons Homes really went out of their way to help us. Our new home is perfect and we’re really happy.”
