Davidsons Homes launches phase two of new homes at The Mill

Building work at a new homes development in Banbury is progressing well, with the second phase of housing at the site now open.

Davidsons Homes is building a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at The Mill, which lies within the Hanwell Fields neighbourhood to the north-west of the town.

Just a handful of three and four-bedroom houses remain for sale in the first phase at The Mill, and to meet the continued demand for new homes, the housebuilder has now released the first two and four-bedroom properties for sale in phase two.

As well as delivering much-needed new homes for local people, The Mill will also bring further additions and improvements to the area as part of the planning agreement for the development.

These include four children’s play areas and the creation of public amenity space including new hedgerows and woodland, as well as contributions towards the improvement of the sports facilities at Woodgreen Leisure Centre, the sports pitches at the North Oxfordshire Academy and community facilities, totalling more than £1.7 million.
