New sales manager loving life with Davidsons Homes

A new sales manager has hit the ground running at a Davidsons Homes development in Banbury.

Georgina Walker, who lives in Headington, Oxfordshire, started her journey with the Leicestershire housebuilder at the turn of the year, and started selling homes within her first week at The Mill, off Dukes Meadow Drive.

The 34-year-old has over 10 years’ experience working with new build homes and is eager to expand her skillset with the Leicestershire housebuilder.

Georgina said: “I love the positive atmosphere of working for a family builder and my first couple of months in the job have gone like a dream.

“Davidsons build to a very high specification so it makes my job selling the homes much easier. The homes at the Mill have a unique design and are really unusual and characterful, which is why the company were so appealing to join.

“The development is really starting to take shape, the first few residents have started to move in and it’s starting to feel like a community.”

Georgina first got a taste for working with new build homes while she was at Buckinghamshire New University, organising viewings for buyers.

It was this experience that first turned Georgina on to the idea of becoming a sales manager with a housebuilder.

She said: “I like to think I’m an approachable character, and I got very comfortable talking to people about new build homes. Once I finished my degree, I thought I’d play to my strengths and get in to sales.

“I’m very proud of how far I’ve come and can’t wait to continue my work with Davidsons.”

The Mill comprises 160 new homes on the land off Dukes Meadow Drive to the north of Banbury. The homes have been specifically designed to be cost-effective and all come with a ten-year warranty.
