St Michael’s Gate in Ravenstone opens for sales

St Michael’s Gate has opened its doors to visitors – and Davidsons Homes’ newest development in Ravenstone is already attracting home-seekers.

The Ibstock based company’s development off Melbourne Road in the quaint village will boast 65 three, four and five bedroom properties when completed.

The first few homes have just been made available after the site’s recent launch, and already the first property has been sold, weeks before the showhome is due to launch.

The plots currently available to buyers range from the three-bedroom Ford, available from £255,000 to the five-bedroom Newstead from £465,000.
