Bonanza weekend of house sales at The Longshoot

Buyers flocked to Warwickshire last weekend to purchase a total of six new properties at a Davidsons Homes development in Nuneaton.

The homes at the Heritage View site, located at The Longshoot, were snapped up in a flurry of sales which far exceeded the expectations of the Davidsons team.

Julie Longstaff, Sales Manager at The Longshoot, said: “It was an amazing weekend for all of the team here at Nuneaton. Once we sold one house, the ball just kept on rolling for us.

“To sell six homes over the course of just two days was something very special, and we are delighted to be welcoming six new buyers into a Davidsons home here at Heritage View.”

Sales of these homes in Nuneaton are perhaps not so surprising given the extra incentive of the Help to Buy and Part Exchange schemes, helping homebuyers purchase their new property with ease.

High-specification three, four and five-bedroom homes are currently available at Heritage View from just £266,220 for the Ford at Plot 16, to the stunning five-bedroom Thornley at Plot 33 which is priced at £480,000.

The close proximity of Hinckley and Nuneaton town centres provides homeowners at Heritage View with shopping opportunities, local restaurants, and access to the popular Clarendon Park.

Excellent transport links to the M6, M42 and M69 motorways, and fantastic schools and colleges such as Higham Lane School and North Warwickshire & Hinckley College nearby, have made this area one of the most desirable living spots in the West Midlands.
