Davidsons Homes launches new Byfield development

Davidsons Homes has just launched its newest development, at Clock Meadow in Byfield. The development, ‘Foxglove Field’, is the first in Northamptonshire for the award winning East Midlands home builder.

‘Foxglove Field,’ which is currently being sold from the company’s head office, is a select development of just 11 homes with a mixture of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties. All have an excellent specification – kitchens are fitted with a range of appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave – and stylish Roca sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites.

The development enjoys a private location just off Clock Meadow with Boddington reservoir nearby. Clock Meadow is off the Boddington Road and is well located for the A361. One of the homes has already been sold and a showhome is due to open next month.

The company recently received five stars once again in the National Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction survey. This was the third year in a row that Davidsons had achieved the highest rating.
