Weddington showhome launches with local netball stars and Frozen characters

The successful U16 netball team from Higham Lane School, and characters from the movie Frozen, officially launched Davidsons latest development, ‘Church Fields’, in Weddington. Members of the U16 team, who recently came 5th in the national finals, and the characters from Frozen, cut the ribbon to open the new showhome. There was also a chance for children who were visiting to take part in a Frozen fancy dress competition, while sampling the joys of a sweet cart and receiving an early Easter egg.

‘Church Fields’ is being built near the old Weddington bridle path, and has a range of three, four and five bedroom homes. The showhome is the four bedroom Caldecote, a new homestyle, which features an open plan living design on the ground floor with rooms flowing into one another. There is a kitchen/diner with doors to the rear garden, a sitting room, a study and a dining room. Upstairs there are four large bedrooms, an en suite to the main bedroom, and a family bathroom.
