Brothers in arms at Davidsons Homes in Anstey

Brothers Tom and Ed Willday had both decided it was time to leave the family home and buy their own homes – and they decided to buy next door to each other at Davidsons development in Anstey. Ed is a financial planning adviser and so was able to provide advice for both of them on mortgages.

Tom said “We are very local to Anstey, and have great family and friends in the village. A close friend of ours recommended that we should look at the new Davidsons ‘St. James’s Gate’ development as they had recently purchased a home there. After seeing the development and looking round our friend’s house, we decided the quality of the build and the development layout was second to none. The roads are not too narrow, as many other new build developments are these days. Every home seems to have its own characteristic look and the views around the development are incredible”.

Ed said “After meeting Emma & Zoe, the sales managers for the development, we were further comforted by the level of service and expertise they showed. They made my brother and I feel very welcome discussing the properties with a friendly chat over a great cup of coffee. In the past we have visited showhomes at various other builders who did not convey the same type of welcome, which had led us to believe that all new builders were the same. However we are delighted to say that Davidsons Homes were the complete opposite, providing us with the appropriate advice and guidance when needed”.

Ed added “After signing, and placing our deposit down, the area sales manager Sarahjane gave us our property packs with chocolates and champagne, which just added to their high standard of service – and saves me buying my girlfriend a Christmas present!”
