Customers give Davidsons 5 stars

Davidsons Homes have again received 5 stars in the latest customer satisfaction survey carried out by the Home Builders Federation and the National House-Building Council.

The national survey, which is now in its tenth year, and is independently verified, found that there had been a steady improvement in satisfaction levels over the past decade, and that nine out of ten customers are happy with the overall quality of their new home.

The 5 star rating is the highest available, and is awarded to a home builder if 90% or more of their customers are happy to recommend their builder to a friend, and at least 90% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality of their home.

Jason Glover, Operations Director at Davidsons, said “It’s great to get 5 stars for a second year running – it reflects the work we have carried out across the company to ensure we continue to build a good product and look after customers all the way through the process. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.”

Sales Director, Stephanie King, added “We receive very positive comments from our customers about the way we do things, and about the design of our homes and developments. Our aim is to be placemakers, not just homebuilders, and that’s reflected in this 5 star rating”.
