New Nuneaton development launches early
Davidsons Homes launches its newest development on The Long Shoot in Nuneaton, on Saturday March 29th. The development, Heritage View, is the first in Warwickshire for the East Midlands home builder, and due to the interest received the company has brought forward the launch.
Heritage View will launch from a marketing suite, with a showhome opening soon. The showhome will be an Oxford 5 bedroom home. Other housetypes which will be built at the development include The Thornley, a 5 bedroom property with a double garage, The Lancaster 4 bedroom home, and the Darlington 4 bedroom home, which is a brand new housetype.
The Oxford is a spacious home with a large sitting room, family kitchen/breakfast area and a separate dining room downstairs – and upstairs there are two en-suites in addition to the family bathroom.
Stephanie King, Sales Director, said “We have had so much interest that we decided not to wait until the showhome was ready. The marketing suite, which we have themed in a ‘Best of British’ design, will have lots of information on all the homes we are building here.”
There will be a range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes at the development, with an excellent specification in all of them. Kitchens are fitted with a range of appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave – and stylish Roca sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites.
There are also lots of ways to personalise your home, depending on the stage of building, by choosing different colours, doors, handles, paint throughout, and lots of other details â many at no extra cost.
The Help to Buy scheme will be available on many homes at Heritage View. It’s for anyone who needs help to buy a new home worth up to £600,000- not just for first time buyers. Details are available at the development.
