New phase of homes and new marketing suite for Davidsons in Arnold
Davidsons Homes ‘Heron’s Place’ development at Arnold has just released a new phase of larger homes – and at the same time has re-designed its marketing suite.
The 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes are mostly detached and overlook fields. One of the largest homes is the 5 bedroom Newstead. Downstairs it has a lounge which features French doors to the rear garden, to make the most of those warmer days, and also a large family kitchen/dining area which is great for family get togethers. There is also a separate dining room for entertaining friends – alternatively the room would make a great den or study. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has an en-suite and the bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. On the second floor there is a further bedroom, a shower room and additional living space. It’s priced at £410,000.
One of the other properties on the new phase is the Featherstone 4 bedroom home which has a lounge, kitchen /diner, utility room and integral garage. The main bedroom has an en-suite and the family bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The price of the Featherstone is £250,000.
At the same time as the launch of the new phase the marketing suite is undergoing a makeover to bring its design in line with a new brand identity for the housebuilder. The new design reflects a ‘Best of British’ theme focusing on the company heritage.
Stephanie King, Sales Director at Davidsons Homes, said “The development has sold really well, and the new phase features some really lovely homes. The re-designed marketing suite will better reflect our company philosophy and provide greater information and help for customers”.
Heron’s Place currently has homes available from £195,000 to £410,000 – initial interest in the new phase has been high with some homes already reserved. All kitchens are fitted with a range of appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave – and stylish Roca sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites. The ‘Help to Buy’ scheme is available on most properties and is for anyone who needs help to buy a new home worth up to £600,000. Details are available at the development.
