The couple bought a popular Stirling design family home, using Davidsons ‘Home Generator’ scheme which enables customers to buy without having to pay the full price at the beginning. The purchaser only needs to pay a percentage of the full sales price initially and the builder funds the remainder for an agreed time period.

Amanda and Dave were driving around looking for a second hand property they had seen advertised, when they came across the Davidsons development, which is situated next to a golf course and set within the wooded grounds of the old Rauceby Hospital. They decided to take a look and were impressed with the style and finish of the homes and also with the opportunity to design their own kitchen using Davidsons special kitchens service. They didn’t think they would be able to afford one of the homes but the scheme made it possible. “We love the layout of our home – it means the children have their own space and bathroom, and our bedroom has a real ‘wow’ factor, as well as being our sanctuary” said Amanda. The couple were so impressed with their new home that they recommended Davidsons to friends who have also since bought at the development.
