Work begins on new homes in Sinfin

Davidsons Homes has started the first stages of construction at a new development of homes in Sinfin.

The first phases of construction are now underway on 130 new homes which is being built on a 5.9ha site known as Wragley Fields, off Wragley Way.

A reserved matters application was approved by Derby City Council in July 2016 after outline permission was granted in September 2014, and the new development will include three, four and five-bedroom homes once complete.

Stephanie King, Sales Director for Davidsons Homes, said the developer was looking forward to welcoming visitors to the site later this year.

She said: “We’re delighted to be starting work in Sinfin, and we’re excited to be building a development which we believe will become a real asset for the area.

The first homes at the development in Sinfin will be released for sale later this year, with a showhome and sales centre to follow.
