Mayor launches new Davidsons showhome at Brackley

Davidsons Homes has just launched the showhome at its new ‘Bronnley Gate’ development in Brackley and the Mayor of Brackley came along to officially open it. Visitors to the launch event were able to enjoy a jacket potato and a hot drink, and there was a sweet cart for the kids.

‘Bronnley Gate,’ is a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes – the development is being built on the grounds of the former Bronnley soap factory.

The showhome is the Hamilton, which is a four bedroom detached family home with garage. The Hamilton has a large entrance hall, a spacious kitchen/family area with French doors to the rear garden, and an attractive lounge, also with French doors on to the rear garden. There is also a separate study and a separate dining room. Depending on the stage of building there is the opportunity to choose your fitted kitchen from a wide range.

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a light and airy ensuite, plus three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom, with both a bath and a shower.

The showhome’s interior design features a number of themed rooms – there’s a racing car theme to one of the bedrooms with a mural of Lewis Hamilton, and a Marilyn Monroe theme in one of the other bedrooms. The automobile theme continues with a steering wheel clock in the study and a number of classic car pictures and models in other parts of the home.

Stephanie King, sales director at Davidsons Homes, said “This is our first development in Brackley and we are delighted that the mayor could come along and officially open the showhome. I think visitors will love the Hamilton showhome and appreciate all the interior design touches.”

All homes at the development have an excellent specification – kitchens are fitted with a range of AEG appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave – and stylish Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites.

There are also lots of ways to personalise your home, depending on the stage of building, by choosing different colours, doors, handles, paint throughout, and lots of other details – many at no extra cost. The ‘Help to Buy’ and Part Exchange schemes are available on many of the homes. Details are available at the development.

The company recently received five stars once again in the National Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction survey – this was the third year in a row that Davidsons had achieved the highest rating.
