A seamless move with Davidsons

Danielle and Steven Partner first saw Davidsons Ibstock development when they drove past on their way to visit family. They had just started thinking about moving and liked the location opposite Sence Valley Nature Park, so thought it would be worth finding out more.

Danielle said “We popped in and they gave us all the information we needed. We weren’t looking to move immediately but we liked what we saw. When we decided to move our home didn’t sell as quickly as we had hoped so we used Davidsons part exchange scheme. That worked well for us and we moved within 6 weeks. It all went seamlessly.”

Steven said “Straight away we liked the style of the homes and the way the development had been laid out. The homes were all different in design and not crammed in. It’s something everyone who visits us comments on. The quality and finish of the homes is great too. Davidsons put us in touch with a financial adviser who was terrific. He talked us through all the options and made the move possible. All the Davidsons team have been great – nothing has been too much trouble”.

Danielle continued ”We bought a different house type to the one we originally liked and are so pleased with it. It’s a curved house and we fell in love with its quirkiness. When we went inside for the first time we were really surprised by how spacious it was. There’s lots of space outside too – we’ve got a detached double garage and a good sized garden. The other thing we were surprised about was the amount of fixtures and fittings we have as standard. Davidsons have really thought about what’s important in a home and made sure that it’s already there, and that it doesn’t have to be bought as an extra.”

Stephanie King, Sales Director at Davidsons Homes, said “The overall design of a development is important to us. We want the homes to be as individual as possible and we want to create a great place to live. We also constantly review the specification of our homes to make sure they provide what’s needed for today’s lifestyles. It’s lovely to hear from customers that we are getting those things right.”

Davidsons Ibstock development, opposite Sence Valley Nature Park, is called ‘Baker’s Croft’ and currently it has a range of three, four and five bedroom homes from £168,000. Part Exchange and ‘Help to Buy’ schemes are available on many of the homes – full details are available at the development.
