Davidsons Homes awarded 5* status by HBF

Davidsons Homes has once again cemented its position as one of the country’s leading home builders, after picking up the coveted five-star builder status award from the Home Builders Federation for the sixth year running. The announcement was made during an awards ceremony on 21 March held in London with the aim of recognising the very best standards and promoting best practice and quality within the industry.

Introduced 13 years ago, the award is considered the benchmark in quality, owing to its association with driving high standards within the industry. Five star status is only awarded to an exclusive number of companies, based on an independent customer satisfaction survey where at least 90% of respondents would recommend the builder to a friend.

Commenting on the award, James Wilson, managing director at Davidsons Homes, said: “We are exceptionally proud to have earned the HBF five-star award once again. To have achieved this recognition for the sixth time is a great accomplishment, especially when considering the growth of the company, particularly over the past twelve months. This is an achievement that could not have been reached without such a great team behind us.
