Davidsons Homes invests in Countesthorpe as marketing suite opens doors

Davidsons Homes is investing £30,000 in infrastructure for Countesthorpe as its new development in the village opens its doors.

The Orchards is an exclusive development of just 10 distinctive homes on Willoughby Road.

Its marketing suite was opened earlier this month, marking the launch of sales for the three, four and five-bedroom homes and one bungalow.

“Although The Orchards is a relatively small development, we have designed the homes with our usual attention to detail,” said Iain Pickering, design director at Davidsons Homes.

“Each of the houses will have its own distinct character and the designs will vary in style so that you don’t get that feeling of uniformity.

“The homes are spread out through the site to give each homeowner a sense of their own space, while there is plenty of landscaping to break up the development.

“Anyone visiting the marketing suite will be able to get a lot more information from our staff there, as well as get a real feel of how nice The Orchards will be as a place to settle.”

Davidsons Homes studied the existing architecture within the village and echoed its features in the designs for The Orchards.

The local developer is also proud to announce the introduction of their Platinum Specification available at The Orchards, which includes Earthstone/ Granite worktops, heated towel rails and a boiling water tap to the kitchen sink.

As part of its planning agreement, Davidsons Homes is contributing almost £30,000 towards improving education and libraries facilities in the village, plus an agreement has been made to manage the maintenance of the public open spaces.

Davidsons Homes is based in Ibstock and is building homes across Leicestershire.
