Assistant Surveyor / Surveyor

Joining an established team of surveyors, the candidate would be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of cost relating to a number of residential developments. Duties would include:

Processing of weekly labour only timesheets
Processing of monthly subcontract payment
Quarterly site valuations analysing cost against budget
Preparation of subcontract tenders and tender analysis
Preparing site budgets and managing cost throughout the duration of projects
Skills:

Ability to use Microsoft ‘word’ and ‘excel’ necessary
Ability to use COINS (software), preferred
Experience

Would suit someone who is presently in a related position.
