Davidsons Homes welcomes first purchasers at Brackley
Sophie Watts and Josh Millar were looking to buy their first home and wanted a location that would suit them both for work. Brackley fitted the bill and they spent some time looking round the area. They were keen to have a stone home and looked at both new and older properties. They spotted the Davidsons ‘Bronnley Gate’ sign and went along to find out more.
Josh and Sophie said “The development had only just opened but when we discovered they were building a stone house we looked at the plans and illustrations and decided it was for us. Davidsons also have a good website which gave us lots of information on the company and their homes so we were happy to buy off plan”.
They continued “The actual home is great – as we imagined it from the plans, but better. The finish is good and there’s lots of space upstairs and downstairs. It’s light and airy and we particularly like the large kitchen/diner, where we spend a fair bit of time. We have a useful utility room and a garage – it’s a great first home. The other thing we like is that all the homes on the development are different, every one is individual. Karen, the sales manager, has been absolutely fantastic and part of the reason we bought here. She couldn’t help us enough all the way through the process”.
