Part exchange makes Ibstock move easy

Kelly and Tom Case had been thinking of moving for a couple of years and were keen to stay in Ibstock, having lived there for 11 years. When they were driving round they came across the Davidsons development at Anstey, popped in, and fell in love with the Thornley showhome there.

Kelly said “We loved the showhome at Anstey and said that if they built the home in Ibstock we would be very interested. A little while after our visit they opened in Ibstock and were building the Thornley homestyle, so we went along and decided to buy. We liked the overall design of the home. We particularly liked the big family kitchen – with two children and a dog it’s great, and we spend a lot of time in it. It’s a three storey home and the other feature that appealed to us was that the master bedroom, two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom were all on the same floor, which was what we wanted with a young family. Other builders had similar style homes but the master bedroom was on a different floor, which didn’t work for us.”

Kelly continued “We decided to use Davidsons part exchange scheme. They gave us a good price for our existing home and we didn’t have the worry of finding a buyer, chains, and all the other hassles. Our Davidsons home was still being built, but that wasn’t a problem as we were able to stay in our home until it was ready. The Davidsons team were really helpful all the way through.”
