Tigers and England star launches Scraptoft showhome

Ed Slater, who has captained both Leicester Tigers and England, officially opened Davidsons development at Scraptoft Hall by launching the new showhome there. Ed was just one of the attractions at the launch fun day, which also included a town crier, and afternoon tea and garden games for visitors.

‘South Lawns’, which is the first phase of the development, features predominantly detached 4 & 5 bedroom properties built on a tree lined avenue looking towards the Hall. The showhome is the 5 bedroom Tutbury, a new design, which has a family kitchen, dining room, dressing room, two en suites and a family bathroom.

Stephanie King, Sales Director at Davidsons Homes, said “The new showhome is looking fantastic and it was great that Ed could come along and officially open it for us. There has been lots of interest in the development and visitors can now take a good look round and see for themselves the sort of homes on offer”.

Other housetypes include Davidsons popular 5 bedroom homes, the Oxford and the Thornley, and another new design, the 4 bedroom Tamworth. All homes have an excellent specification. Kitchens are fitted with a range of appliances, including oven, hob and integrated microwave – and stylish Roca sanitary ware features in bathrooms and en-suites.

There are also lots of ways to personalise your home, depending on the stage of building, by choosing different colours, doors, handles, paint throughout, and lots of other details many at no extra cost.

The ‘Help to Buy’ and Part Exchange schemes are available on some of the homes. Details are available at the development.
