Jenna Whittingham and Jak Ward are so proud of their new home in Melbourne that they asked  Davidsons Homes if they could have the ‘sold’ sign to frame and hang in their hall.

Jenna and Jak were living in Nottingham, where they both went to university, and had decided they wanted to move in the next 12 months. As Jak had family around the Melbourne area they visited to look round. They were keen to buy a new home as they wanted somewhere where there would be no DIY or renovating. They visited Davidsons ‘Millbrook’ development “just to take a look” but were so impressed that they decided to buy straight away.

They liked the way the development was laid out, and were particularly pleased that the homes were very individual in design, and inspired by some of the older homes in Melbourne.

Jenna said “We fell in love with the development and are delighted with our home. It’s so different to a normal new home. It feels amazing so much thought has gone into it. Davidsons have really thought about how people are going to live in it. There’s a big living and kitchen area, which is great for socialising – our friends love it too – but even the smaller things, like the position of TV sockets and radiators, have been carefully considered”.

They were also impressed by the service and had this to say about Millbrook’s sales manager Tracy Lively. “She never felt like a sales person, she was a friend and advisor. She always had lots of time for us and we really valued her input on all sorts of things about our home.”
